Conversational FoodTech

Modal is an innovative conversational commerce platform for online food and beverage brands. It fills the space between conversational channels – messengers, voice assistants, chatbots – and the brand's e-commerce endpoints. This is achieved by introducing a dialog management technology.

Drawing upon extensive research conducted by the startup, my role involved reviewing and enhancing the user flows and final UI of the platform, thereby preparing it for the Minimum Viable Product stage. A key focus of this work was to surface the capabilities of the platform's proprietary technology within the user interface.

Role in my team

This was a freelance role where I reported directly to the CEO and collaborated with the rest of the project team.
